OUR ANTI-COVID POLICY 2021

In our hotels, we have implemented a highly efficient ANTI-COVID security protocol to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and all operational staff in compliance with applicable regulations, which is constantly monitored and updated in order to achieve the highest possible level of effectiveness against the spread of Covid-19.

Measures implemented:
• SAFETY: Our hotels are equipped with certified personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves and gel dispensers, Protective Plexiglass at reception desks, Safety signs, Invitation to use the elevator one person at a time
• SANITIZATION: Sanitization of environments, such as corridors, common areas and rooms thanks to the use of ionizing machines, Cleaning of surfaces in the lobby, in reception, on the elements of furniture, in the toilets, elevators and their button panels
• BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER: we have replaced the buffet with table service, we have adopted the spacing of tables and consequent division of shifts for meals in two time slots.

Due stelle quindi la classica pensione romagnola di tutta la vita. Pulizia, ottima accoglienza e personale cordiale. Colazione cappuccini ecc. vengono preparati espressi e non con le solite macchinette erogatrici automatiche. Il servizio reso è ampiamente superiore al prezzo pagato. Esperienza da ripetere.
